Throughout 2007 I worked as a consultant on several research projects for NGOs in Cambridge, including TRAFFIC International and the IUCN Species Trade and Use Unit. In November 2007 I published an article in the SPC Live Reef Fish Information Bulletin about lessons learned for the management of the live reef fish trade [download PDF].

Research in 2006...

In 2006 I published a letter in the journal Science about the live reef fish trade entitled Keeping the bandits at bay?
It attracted a positive response from a group of 15 international coral reef scientists and also lots of media attention with coverage in The Observer, United Press International, Cyber Diver News Network and Mongabay.
